These terms govern your use of Reven.eu (the "Service"), operated by Idea Imp BV, registered in Belgium (VAT BE0563664030, registered office at Broekveld 28, 1840 Londerzeel), referred to below as "Reven.eu", "we", or "us". By signing up for a trial or subscription, you ("you", the "Customer") agree to these terms. This entity may in future be replaced by a dedicated Reven.eu operating company; if that happens, we'll update this notice and it will step into our place under this agreement.
1. The Service
Reven.eu connects to your CRM (currently HubSpot, with Pipedrive in progress) with read-only access, and records the history of your pipeline: deals, stages, and changes over time, so you can review, diagnose, and plan against it. We never write back to your CRM.
2. Accounts and trials
You need an account to use Reven.eu. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. Free trials run for 14 days from setup unless we agree otherwise in writing, and are for evaluation purposes only. We may end or extend a trial at our discretion.
3. Plans, pricing, and billing
- Current plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page; prices exclude VAT
- We invoice subscription fees in advance on a recurring basis, payable within 30 days of the invoice date
- We may change our pricing for future billing periods; we'll give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Fees already paid aren't refundable except where required by law
4. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect your CRM account and to let us read the data in it, including any personal data of your contacts and team
- You're responsible for how your team uses the Service and for the accuracy of the underlying CRM data
- You won't use the Service to store or process data you don't have the right to share with us
- You won't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, or attempt to access data outside your own account
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. For the pipeline data we read from your CRM, we act as a data processor on your instructions; a data processing agreement is available on request and, once signed, forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we'll try to give notice for anything that causes extended downtime. We provide support by email; Scale and Enterprise plans get priority support as described on our pricing page.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to your own data, including the CRM data we record on your behalf. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate for convenience by giving notice, effective at the end of the current billing period, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within [14] days of being told. On termination, we'll make your recorded history available for export for a limited period, then delete it from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide the Service "as is" and make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Belgian or EU law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active account holders by email before the change takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute we can't resolve directly will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
